The WTKD Teen & Adult program is designed for teens and adult.
The program focuses on the complete physical, mental maturity and development of a student. It is deeply rooted in discipline and a regimen of mental and physical conditioning that includes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training, as well intense drills that develop skill, speed, stamina, endurance, and precision.
Our curriculum is focused on building confidence and coordination, as well as focus, respect, integrity, courtesy, perseverance and self-control.
In addition, the program also focuses on sparring, forms, board breaking and weapons training.
